Submitting Lender-Placed Claims (Borrowers on LPI)

If you’ve experienced any damage, our lender-placed claim representatives are available 24/7 to assist you with the claims process. Reach out to us using any of the following:

Phone: Call 1-800-424-8828 and select option 4 to speak with a claims representative.

Online: Complete this electronic form and submit.

Email: Claim forms can be downloaded from Proctor Financial and emailed to claimsadmin@pfic.com.
